Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ami Sol. You may return or exchange unused and in new condition merchandise within 15 days of purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a store merchandise credit.
To make a return or exchange by mail
1. Complete the return form, indicating item(s) being returned or exchanged and reason(s).
2. Securely pack the merchandise with the invoice.
3. Please ship the merchandise that you wish to return or exchange back to us using UPS, FedEx Ground, or insured parcel post. Unfortunately, we do not refund the costs of shipping charges, postage and handling.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item. You'll receive a confirmation via e-mail once the package has arrived at our facilities.
If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment. Merchandise credits will be issued for gifts. If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a store credit only.
